SUGGESTED USE

Add 3-5 drops per 100 mL of water in a diffuser.  Adjust up to 8-10 drops for larger rooms or a stronger aroma.

Roll onto wrists, neck, and/or chest and breathe deeply.  Apply to bottoms of feet and along the spine.
